In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate a positive and seamless hiring experience from start to finish. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, maintaining the applicant tracking system, and supporting onboarding processes. This position is integral to attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent for the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Support Recruitment Process: Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to proactively source and attract talent, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data entry and tracking for all candidates and requisitions.
- Conduct Screenings: Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, alignment with job requirements, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate Interviews: Arrange and confirm interview logistics, coordinating schedules with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Communicate with Candidates: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their status and answering questions about the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by coordinating pre-hire (digital) paperwork and assisting with the transition of candidates from offer acceptance to first-day readiness.
- Participate in Recruitment Events: Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Maintain Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to provide insights into sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1 – 2 years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in retail roles a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and related software, including applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A passion for providing great experiences and helping build a diverse, high-quality team.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Jazz HR, Indeed, LinkedIn and ADP Workforce Now.
Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, plus a $100 retention bonus for each new hire who remains in good standing for at least six months, paid quarterly.Ready to Join Us?
