The ideal candidate will have a background in handling various transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, business formation, and real estate deals. This role provides an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are detail-oriented and skilled in managing complex transactions while working closely with clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with a variety of transactional matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence and provide legal advice on complex transactions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop legal strategies to achieve their goals.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws in all transactions.
- Work closely with other attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school in Alabama.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional law, including business and real estate transactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, business law, and commercial real estate transactions.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
