Pick orders as per work instructions, in the priority sequence as assigned by the Shipping Team Lead utilizing
the hand RF scanner to ensure accuracy of work performed.
- Accurately gathering products and items to fulfill an order for an external customer and complete all necessary
paperwork accurately within the required timeframe.
- Work in an efficient manner to ensure the assigned picking KPI’s 17 lines ( parts) per work hour are met on a
daily basis
- Pickers are required to pick old dated orders first and then move to the next sequence of orders as displayed on
the table.
- Before starting the packing process, Packer require to audit parts picked against the delivery note
- While packing Shipping Packer is responsible to audit part number, quality of part and quantity of
each part packed
- Package orders according to provided Customer labelling and packaging instructions ensuring the
accuracy and consistency of orders packed
- Work in an efficient manner to ensure the assigned schedule are meet on daily basis.
- Responsible to determine the size of the order and determine method of shipment ( small
package/Courier or LTL shipment) and apply Country of Origin label if required.Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year Picking/Packing experience in Warehouse & Shipping
· Experience with RF scanner
· High School Graduate
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
– Good computer skills including MS Office
Can work in fast paced facility
Have experience in similar warehouse facility and picking with RF scanner will be an asset
Have good reviews from previous work
Committed to work for long term
Available to work overtime (Early morning/Saturday)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to walk long hours/7-8 hours
Able to continuously bend, pull / push pallets with manual pump truckSummary
