The Operator transforms, using specialized equipment, raw materials, according to established procedures, into various drugs, in bulk form.Responsabilities & Duties
- Ensures the cleanliness of the work area and equipment before the start of operations
- Disassembles, cleans and assembles manufacturing equipment
- Documents, verifies and ensures compliance with cleaning deadlines (labels, logbook, CHT, DEHT, etc.)
- Handles drums and containers of raw materials and/or products using rolling equipment and/or forklift
- Checks identification of raw materials and various products (code, name, batch, quantity, expiry date, etc.)
- Checks and/or calibrates measuring instruments and ensures that they are working properly
- Adjusts manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and manufacturing file. May weigh raw materials and products as required
- Launches the batch according to the manufacturing file and ensures its proper execution
- Performs checks and/or tests during production according to the manufacturing file
- Acts as 2nd signatory for the production steps for which he received training
- At the end of the manufacturing stage, complete the file and perform yield and reconciliation calculations
- Acts as a technical resource person for his sector of activity
- Passes on his knowledge to a co-worker as required for operational needs
- Actively participates in problem solving for various departments
- Always applies and respects GMPs, as well as documentation and health and safety regulations
- Participates in continuous improvement projects.
- Respects established procedures and work standard such as : safety, quality, time, taking care of materials, locations and equipment
- Keeps his training up to date
- Prepares equipment according to the Manufacturing schedule
- Understands and explains shift-transfer information
- Inform any irregularity or incident without delay to a superior
- Executes any other related task
Working conditions & physical environment
- Handle loads up to 80 kg
- Moves heavy and bulky equipment in tight spaces safely with the help of co-workers
- Handling a pallet truck and/or forklift.
- Must always wear individual protection equipment according to defined safety codes

Education : High School DiplomaExperience : 1 years: Experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position
