  • Assist senior architects in the development of design concepts and presentation materials.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using CAD software.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and brainstorming sessions.
  • Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers on project coordination.
  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with zoning and building codes.
  • Support the preparation of project proposals and bid submissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in architectural design or internships.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and building systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
  • Portfolio showcasing design and technical skills is required.

Expected salary: $125000 – 135000 per year
