- Transform Innovation into Reality: Refine 3D-printed metal creations into polished, high-quality medical devices using state-of-the-art tools.
- Master Modern Techniques: Utilize grinders, sanders, blasting cabinets, and ultrasonic cleaners to achieve flawless finishes.
- Set the Standard: Ensure every piece meets rigorous quality standards, directly contributing to life-changing patient outcomes.
- Collaborate & Create: Work with a dedicated team to solve challenges, innovate, and redefine possibilities in 3D-printed healthcare solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Hands-On Expertise: Experience in machine shops, metal finishing, or the medical device industry.
- Strength & Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks with ease.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong communication skills and a knack for creative solutions.
- Leadership Potential: Prior leadership experience is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
